When placing an order, providing your email Id authorizes LoveVaali to use it for order processing and communication purposes. If the given email Id is not registered with Lovevaali, an account may be automatically created using that email Id. Orders placed without an email address will be processed as guest orders, and no further order updates will be communicated.

3. Products and Personalization

• LoveVaali specializes in personalized greeting cards. Once an order is placed with your custom message, it goes into production immediately.
• Please double-check spellings, names, and content. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
• We reserve the right to reject orders containing offensive, abusive, or hateful content.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
• Payment is required in full before we begin processing any order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
• You must provide accurate shipping details. LoveVaali is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Return and Refunds

• Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photo proof via email.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, content, logos, and visuals on LoveVaali.com are the intellectual property of LoveVaali and may not be reused without written permission.
• Custom card content submitted by users remains their property, but LoveVaali may use anonymized versions for marketing unless opted out.

8. Limitation of Liability

LoveVaali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.

9. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to post any content that violates legal rights or community standards.
• Attempts to hack, damage, or disrupt our services will result in legal action.

10. Modification of Terms

LoveVaali reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
